Show Notes

Chris Voss, a former FBI hostage negotiator and founder of The Black Swan Group, has returned to the podcast to impart his knowledge on how to get through to those who don’t want to listen. In making sales, creating contacts, or consulting your clients, the ability to negotiate is paramount. And Chris’s foolproof method is by throwing out the snake oil salesmen pitch and embracing safety, trust, and need. Listen in as Heather and her mentees pick Chris’s brain on the importance of tactical empathy, deactivating negativity, and how to go from a hustler to a challenger.
