The Biden administration's First Amendment violation.

The social media censorship case. On Friday, a federal appeals court saidthe Biden administration likely violatedthe First Amendment in some of its communications with social media companies, while conversely narrowing a lower court judge's order that had prohibited practically any communication between numerous federal agencies and social media companies.
