Worden authored the 2008book China's Great Leap: The Beijing Games and Olympian Human Rights Challenges and has previously lived and worked in Hong Kong as an adviser to the Democratic Party of Hong Kong chairman Martin Lee.
We chatted with Worden about the current human rights crisis in China, the state of press freedom there, how global organizations could respond in a helpful way and the opportunity to do something about it before the 2022Olympic games in Beijing, China.
