On Tuesday, two Russian ballistic missiles hit a military institute and a hospital in Poltava, Ukraine, killing 51 and injuring 271, according to Ukrainian officials. The attack was the deadliest strike on Ukraine this year. On Wednesday, another Russian strike in Lviv killed seven civilians. Russia’s latest attacks follow a Ukrainian ground incursion into Russia.
