The Clean Water Act. On Thursday, the Supreme Court establisheda more stringent test to determine whether the Clean Water Act (CWA) applies to certain wetlands, limiting the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) authority over them. The decision will have broadimplications for agriculture, energy, and mining.
